Après with PlumpJack in Vail & Squaw Valley

The season for après ski is upon us and there is nothing better than kicking off those ski boots, getting comfortable and enjoying delicious eats and libations after a long day on the slopes. With the opening of our new restaurants in Vail Village, Pendulum and White Bison, we’re excited to share that there are now more opportunities to après with PlumpJack.

just in time for ski season!

PlumpJack Group is excited to announce its expansion into Colorado’s Vail Village in winter 2016. PlumpJack will introduce Vail Village’s first new-build restaurant to open in eight years, Pendulum, which is currently undergoing construction achat cialis quebec in the historical Gorsuch building, best known as Vail Village’s iconic clock tower. Additionally, a second restaurant called White Bison, a local favorite situated on Gore Creek, will be added to the group’s portfolio. PlumpJack Group has developed the concepts for both properties through enlisting local luminary Jake Burkhardt, formerly of Aspen Kitchen, to oversee and execute all things culinary as Executive Chef. Seasoned bar veterans Jacques Bezuidenhout and Ken Luciano, the duo behind celebrated San Francisco cocktail bars Wildhawk, Forgery and VERSO and dozens of Kimpton Property bar programs, will curate both cocktail programs.
