This is my sixth submission for Conversations with Hilary. I am so grateful to all of my friends who have agreed to participate in such a fun journey. Not only have I had the chance to learn some interesting things about these people, but I have been able to share with our growing blog audience.

I am honored that Marshawn and the many others (Lori Puccinelli, Ken Fulk, Andy Wirth, Lee Woodruff) have been part of Conversations with Hilary. And thank you to all of our readers who give positive feedback and leave comments that I get to read.

What do you believe to be your greatest accomplishment?
Making  it to 18 years old, considering I had a lot of people tell me I would not make it –they said I would either be dead or in jail.

Do you have a prized possession?
I have a little league football tape from my second year when I played Pop Warner football that my grandfather just gave me.

What do you love about yourself? What do you think others love about you?
I can adapt  to any situation.  Other people love my personality – (Hilary: “I can vouch for that, Marshawn is very FUNNY!”)

If you could be anything other than what you currently are, what would it be?
I would be the biggest CEO of a non-profit organization that helps inner city kids around the world.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
I say a little prayer to myself : “Thanks for giving me another opportunity at Life”

What’s your favorite thing to do on a Friday night?
I love to go to a little kick-back spot and shoot some pool.

Besides Sundays, and occasional Monday and Thursday’s for that matter, it’s the different people I get to meet.

What were you passionate about when you were a kid?
I was not always passionate about football – more than anything it was being able to got outside and hang out with my friends.

What are you passionate about now?
My organization, Fam 1st Family Foundation, and seeing how many kids I can help steer in the right direction – same thing as when I was as a kid.

If you were a cocktail or drink, what would it be?
I would be a Petrenessy – Hennesy and Patrone.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?
My iPod full of my favorite music, my 415 speakers, and spaghetti with meat sauce and black olives.

If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?
I would rob the rich and give to the poor.

What’s the #1 most played song on your iPod?
The Town by GQ

If you could have lunch with anyone, living or dead, who would it be?
Martin Luther King Jr.

If your life was made into a movie, what would it be called?
Ice City Day and Night

Do you have any regrets?
Hell NO!! Everything I have been through in my life has made me into who I am today.

Define Freedom.
Freedom is a mind-set, not being trapped in any system.

What are your personal core values?
Live the life that you choose to live because you can only live for yourself – somebody else cannot live your life.
